  Could you please assist me in locating my international parcel (tracking no. LK940054616AU) It was last scanned on Wednesday 8th April at Australia Post- St Leonards NSW. It’s now been almost 2 weeks since it was last scanned so I've lodged an inquiry on Thursday 16th April (allowing a weeks leeway before making contact) by phone, email, facebook etc to both Australia Post and the sender. Still waiting on a response to confirm its whereabouts? Just need this resolved urgently as the parcel is now an overdue birthday gift and I will be moving overseas permanently this ANZAC weekend. The reason for the "poor rating" is because searching for answers has been very frustrating & time consuming (note: a month previously had a similar parcel from the same sender process thru St Leonards Australia Post and arrive at the same overseas destination within a week. great service. no problems)
