  Every time I have been to Crows Nest PO the staff have all been wonderfully friendly and helpful, even though there are often long queues. The new facility is clean, bright and well laid out, though closer to St Leonard's than Crows Nest. now.

  And the icing on the cake is that it must now only be a couple of hundred metres or so from St Leonards Post Office .

  I wonder what bureaucratic boofhead decided that the new address which requires Crows Nest customers to walk halfway to Hornsby was going to give it the "wow" factor . Or was it a committee of boofheads ?

  Every time I go to this P.O., the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even when it is busy, the staff remain professional and pleasant.
